Leadership teams are constantly asked how far along they are with AI, and most can only guess. CorpIn turns that into a number: an AI maturity index, scored from structured assessments, benchmarked against industry peers and companies of a similar size, with a roadmap attached.
The question it answers
Whether an organisation is behind is impossible to judge from the inside. Executives had opinions but no baseline, no comparison against competitors, and no clear read on governance exposure such as the EU AI Act. CorpIn replaces the opinion with a measured position and a ranked percentile.

Teams work through structured assessments covering how AI is actually used, governed and resourced across the organisation.

A calculation engine turns the responses into a total score and an internal score, recalculated as answers change.

Benchmark
Each score is placed against the industry average and against peers of a comparable size, with a percentile ranking.

Act
Recommendations translate the gaps into a roadmap, so the score leads somewhere rather than just existing.
THE SCORING MODEL
One number, three comparisons
Every score is shown three ways at once, so a result is never read in isolation. Movement against the average is called out directly, and the sidebar keeps the headline maturity index and percentile rank visible wherever you are in the product.
